This Privacy Policy explains how the All Tools mobile app (package com.technosuffice.tools), published by TechnoSuffice, handles your information. We built the app so that most tools work entirely on your phone. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not sell your data.

1. Tools that work only on your phone

These tools process everything on your device. Your photos, PDFs, documents and text are never uploaded to our servers:

  • Image tools — compressor, resizer, cropper, converter, color picker, favicon generator, photo editor, watermark, meme generator, collage maker and passport photo maker.
  • PDF tools — merge, split, compress, rotate, organize, page numbers, JPG to PDF, PDF to JPG, PDF to Word, Word to PDF, watermark, sign, PDF to text and extract images.
  • Text, utility and developer tools — calculators, converters, password and QR code generators, word counter, JSON and code tools, hash and UUID generators, notepad and similar tools.
  • Scanner & Camera tools — Document Scanner, ID Card Scanner, Business Card Scanner, Text Scanner, Magnifier, Mirror, Camera Color Picker and Bubble Level. The camera picture is processed on your phone and is only saved when you tap Save or Share. If you tap Translate or Search in the Text Scanner, the recognised text is opened in Google Translate or Google Search in your browser. In the Business Card Scanner, the Call, WhatsApp, Email and Website buttons open those apps with the details from the card. The Document, ID Card and Business Card scanners use the Google ML Kit document scanner, which is part of Google Play services and runs on your phone. The Business Card Scanner does not read your contacts: it opens your phone's Contacts app with the details filled in, and you decide whether to save. The Bubble Level uses the motion sensor (accelerometer) only while it is open.
  • Business tools — Invoice Maker, Quotation Maker, Receipt Maker, Visiting Card Maker, Email Signature Generator and the GST, profit, discount and break-even calculators. Your business details, logo, clients, invoices, quotations and receipts are saved only on your phone and are never uploaded. PDFs and images are created on your phone and leave it only when you share or print them. In the Email Signature Generator, if you enter a logo image link, the preview loads that image from the link you entered.
  • On-device AI — the Background Remover and Image to Text (OCR) tools use Google ML Kit, which runs on your phone. Google ML Kit may download its AI models and send anonymous diagnostic and usage information to Google to keep the service working. See Google ML Kit terms.

2. Tools that need the internet

Some tools check something on the internet, so the information you type is sent to a server to get the answer:

  • Our server (technosuffice.com) receives the website address, domain, IP address, MAC address or keyword you enter in tools such as the SEO checker, website down checker, SSL checker, HTTP headers, domain age/WHOIS, reverse IP, technology checker, page size, bulk status, robots.txt, redirect checker, broken link checker, Open Graph checker, sitemap generator, heading checker, keyword tools, text summarizer (URL mode), port checker, MAC lookup, IP WHOIS, DNS propagation, VPN checker, hashtag generator and YouTube tools. Our server then contacts that website or a public data source (for example domain registries, Google suggestions, YouTube or HackerTarget) to build the result.
  • Cloudflare — the Internet Speed Test downloads and uploads test data to speed.cloudflare.com.
  • ipwho.is and ipify — What Is My IP, IP Location, IPv6 Test, VPN Checker and Speed Test use these services to look up your public IP address and its approximate location and internet provider.
  • Google Public DNS and Cloudflare DNS — DNS Lookup, Email Deliverability and Blacklist Checker send the domain or IP you enter to these DNS services.
  • ExchangeRate-API (open.er-api.com) and jsDelivr — the Currency Converter downloads the latest exchange rates from these services. No amount or personal information is sent.
  • YouTube — the YouTube Embed Code Generator shows the video thumbnail from YouTube (i.ytimg.com), and the YouTube tools on our server read public video and channel information.
  • OpenStreetMap — when you tap the map button in IP tools, the approximate location opens on openstreetmap.org.
  • LanguageTool — the Grammar Checker sends the text you check to api.languagetool.org. Do not use it for confidential text.
  • Ping Test connects directly from your phone to the host you choose.

Each of these services receives your IP address as part of the normal internet connection and handles it under its own privacy policy.

3. What our server stores

  • Results are cached for a short time (from 1 minute up to 30 days for things like MAC vendor names) so repeated checks are fast. Cached results are not linked to you.
  • Your IP address is used for rate limiting and security (to stop abuse) and may appear in standard server logs, which are deleted automatically by our hosting provider.
  • We do not store your photos, files or documents, and we do not build a profile about you.

4. Permissions the app uses

  • Internet — for the online tools listed above and to check for app updates.
  • Photos and files — only the files you choose with the system picker are opened, and only inside the tool you are using.
  • Camera — only when you open a camera tool or tap "Camera" in a tool (for example a scanner, Magnifier, Mirror or OCR). The picture is processed on your phone. The app does not record audio or video.

The app does not access your contacts, location (GPS), microphone, SMS or call logs.

5. Data saved on your phone

Your favourite tools, recently used tools, dark mode setting, Notepad notes, the last downloaded currency rates, and your business profile, clients, invoices, quotations, receipts, visiting card and email signature details are saved only on your phone. Scanned pages, photos and colour palettes are kept only while the tool is open, unless you save or share them. You can clear them in Settings or by uninstalling the app.

6. Advertising and analytics

The current version of the app shows no ads and contains no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. If this changes in a future version, we will update this policy and the app's Play Store data safety section before the change.

7. Children

The app is a general utility app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

All connections between the app and our server use HTTPS encryption. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information we process.

9. Your choices and data deletion

Because we do not have accounts, there is no personal profile to delete. You can remove all data saved by the app by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it. If you have any question or request about your data, contact us and we will reply as soon as possible.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date at the top.
