By downloading or using the Nexo VPN app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

You are not permitted to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You must not attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate it into other languages, or create derivative versions.
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the app — including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights — remain the sole property of Technosuffice.

APP USAGE AND MODIFICATIONS

Technosuffice strives to make the app as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to modify the app or charge for certain services at any time, for any reason. If we decide to charge for the app or its services, we will always make it clear what you are paying for.

DATA AND PRIVACY

The Nexo VPN app stores and processes personal data that you provide to us to deliver our services. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure.
We strongly advise you not to jailbreak or root your device, as doing so may:

- Remove security restrictions imposed by the operating system
- Expose your device to malware or viruses
- Compromise security features
- Cause the app to malfunction or stop working altogether

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The app uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. Please review their policies as well:

- Google Play Services
- AdMob
- Google Analytics for Firebase
- Firebase Crashlytics

INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AND CHARGES

Some app functions require an active internet connection, which may be via Wi-Fi or your mobile network. Technosuffice is not responsible if the app does not work properly due to lack of internet access or depleted data allowance.

If you use the app outside an area with Wi-Fi, be aware that your mobile provider's terms will apply, and you may be charged for data usage, including roaming data charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer for your device, you confirm that you have permission from the bill payer to use the app.

DEVICE RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for ensuring your device remains charged. If your device runs out of battery and you are unable to access the service, Technosuffice will not be held liable.

ACCURACY AND AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the app updated and accurate, but we rely on third parties to provide certain information. Technosuffice accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss you may experience by relying solely on this functionality.

UPDATES AND TERMINATION

The app is currently available on Android. System requirements may change, and you will need to install updates to continue using the app. Technosuffice does not guarantee that the app will always be compatible with your device or Android version.
By using the app, you agree to accept updates when offered.

We may also discontinue the app or terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination:

- All rights and licenses granted to you will end
- You must stop using the app and, if needed, delete it from your device
