Our server sends a request to the website and reports the status code and response time. If it loads for us but not for you, the problem is likely your internet, DNS, browser or a regional block.
A site is up but won’t open for me — what can I do?
Try another browser or incognito mode, restart your router, switch between WiFi and mobile data, flush your DNS or change to 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 DNS.
What does error 503 mean?
Service Unavailable — the server is overloaded or under maintenance. It usually comes back on its own.
What does 403 mean?
Forbidden — the server is online but blocks the request, often because of a firewall or bot protection. Real visitors can usually still open the site.
